If you have ever been to San Antonio you may have noticed our love for food here. In fact a few years ago we made the top ten fattest cities and it didn’t help that around that time Charles Barkley (ex NBA player and now commentator) made some derogatory comments about the obese women in San Antonio!
So believe me when I say eating the wrong types of food in large quantities has been my way of life for a long time. Like many San Antonians I strived to balance my love for food and maintain a healthy weight.
Until That Is I Came Across Weight Loss Coffee…
I had to admit I was skeptical. How could coffee help me lose weight? To make the matter even more suspicious the company that made the coffee boldly touted, ” No exercise required. No diet changes required. You will still lose weight guaranteed!” Come on now…I wasn’t born last night it sounded too good to be true.
However after reading up on the ingredients a bit I became intrigued by the possibility so I gave it a try. Wow. I was astounded at what happened to me over the next 6 weeks.
At 44 years old I think most men struggle with beer guts and I was no exception. My waste was a little over 38″ not huge but I’m only 5’9. The first week I lost a net of 5 lbs which was the average for the product. Each week after that my weight would vary up a little here and lower there but every week I consistently netted a loss in weight. By week four I was down 12 lbs and I had not changed a thing as far as exercise or eating habits. Two weeks later I seemed to plateau at 15 lbs. My weight seemed to stop lowering or rising.
It was then I noticed my belt loops on my belt; I was using the second tightest eyelet on my belt! Weirdly enough I guess my body had reached a place where weight wasn’t coming down as quickly but my waist was shrinking. As I write this paragraph I am down 22 lbs. At 5’9 and 44 years old my waist is a 33. I swear to you I have not eaten differently than before and I haven’t increased or decreased my exercise habits. So what gives?
The Simple Reason This Coffee Works Like A Champ
What would happen to your weight if everyday you didn’t eat breakfast or lunch? Obviously you would have to lose weight. That is what this product does. I drink one cup every morning before I eat anything. Most days I don’t even bother with breakfast I’m just not hungry. I work through lunch and my stomach never growls so I lose track of the time and before I know it I’m on my way home.
There are natural ingredients in the coffee that cause me to feel sated all day. The coffee also packs a caffeine punch that keeps me focused and energetic during the day. I’m no chemist but I know when I see real life results and this product simply gets the job done.
So that’s why I created this website. I figured if it worked well for me it could help others. Many of us already drink a cup everyday so it doesn’t require a change in habits. If you have struggled with diets in the past and you don’t particularly want to have to exercise to get results then you have come to the right place.
I am now a distributor for one of the best products I have ever seen and I love every minute of it. I want to see more of us at pool side with our shirts off. I want to see more of us enjoying a “smedium” t-shirt. How about that seat belt? Aren’t you tired of being cut across your belly with that thing I know I was!
With so many products not delivering on promises it’s refreshing to see one that does what it says it does.
Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts it makes me happy to reach out to others of like mind.
